The organic extra-virgin olive oil produced by us in our farm in bardolino comes from the cold pressing of olives of the variety: casaliva, frantoio, leccino, moraiolo. The olive trees of ancient origin, are cultivated with passion respecting the cycles of Nature.
Of ancient and noble tradition, the Esveal Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil of great value, light and fruity, rich in chlorophyll, sapid and harmonious. The bottle used for its preservation is in dark glass, to better protect the oil from light and the capacity of 0.5 liters is deliberately low, so as to prevent oxidation of the contents inside the bottle once opened in contact with air. It is advisable to keep it away from heat sources.

Thanks to its scents and the very low acidity that distinguishes it, The organic extra virgin olive oil ESVEAL© produced by our farm in Bardolino is suitable for the preparation and seasoning of delicately flavoured dishes. Perfect when used to season fish, especially lake fish. It is excellent in soups and vegetable creams. It enhances, used raw, the taste of fresh vegetables.
Chemical fertilisers and pesticides are not used as foreseen in organic farming. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by manual means. The resulting oil has very low acidity levels of less than 0.2%. The olives are in fact harvested when they have reached the right level of ripeness at the beginning of November and sent to the mill within 48 hours where they are pressed.
