The orange-flavoured organic extra virgin olive oil prepared on our farm in Bardolino comes from the cold pressing of Italian olives. The organic extra virgin olive oil flavoured with esveal orange comes from the ancient Mediterranean tradition of flavoured oils. From the infusion of orange peels in the oil you get the extra virgin olive oil with orange. It is suitable to accompany a large number of dishes and enriches the taste of the dish with its characteristic citrus note.
Excellent for culinary use, it is indispensable on salads to which it gives the characteristic citrus flavour and aroma, for dressing pasta with vegetable sauces.

The extra virgin olive oil with orange is used to season first courses such as pasta with vegetable sauces, soups. It is an excellent condiment for many raw vegetables and especially for fennel. It is particularly indicated on many fish dishes to which it gives a fresh taste and a citrus scent. Its use is indicated to season marinated fish and in general for raw fish.
